Ordinance enact and derogation

The ordinance can restrict of right of people or impose duty to people. And also it can help people and promote welfare. However, for restriction or imposing, it must be entrusted by the law.

Ordinance enact and derogation procedure

1. Proposal - Local head : Joint signature of more than 1/5 of registered council members.
2. Voting - Majority of registered members : Majority attending and majority agreement of attending members.
3. Transferring - Within 5 days of voting, transfer it to the local head.
4. Proclamation - Within 20 days of transferring.
